The whole process takes about a week or less.
I repair the cluster the day I get it from you and it will ship back out the next day (unless we run into some unknown, rare problem).
Q: Will my mileage change?
A: No, your mileage is not affected.

Q: Is my cluster difficult to remove?
A: It will take about 3-5 minutes.
First engage the emergency brake, remove the plastic trim around the cluster, and then with the steering wheel tilted down and the shifter in 1st gear, pull the trim from the dash and it will unsnap.
Place the trim off to the side.  Next, remove the four 7mm screws holding the cluster in place.
Gently pull out and disconnect the electrical plug from the back of the cluster.
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: A lifetime warranty is included.

How Long it Takes:
Disregard eBay’s “Estimated Arrival Time” above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay’s policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us.
Once we receive your cluster, it will be repaired and process within 1-2 days, and will be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day the very next day (Monday-Friday).
The vehicle will still be functional with the instrument cluster removed.

You are responsible to package your cluster in such a way that it will not be damaged.

You are responsible to ship your cluster in a secure way with tracking.

If a cluster is damaged due to a prior attempted repair, we will try to repair it, but may not be able to. In this case, you will receive a refund minus the shipping costs to return it to you.
5. If you need mileage programming, please be aware that it is accurate to +/- 100.
6. Very rarely, a cluster may have a problem that we cannot repair. In this case, we will mail it back to you and you will receive a full refund.
7. If  there is a problem with your cluster once you receive it back, ALWAYS contact us first prior to leaving feedback! We will work hard to resolve any problem.
