VTG 1927 USA Calendar Sample Print Polish Soldier Kissing Woman “Farewell”

Rare 1927 Calendar Sales Sample Print (lithograph) captioned in Polish, but printed in the USA. Translated “Farewell.” At the water’s edge, a uniformed soldier has lifted his young lover into his arms for a deep farewell kiss as his horse waits to depart close by. 15 x 20 inches. Print numbered 6176-J.
This is an original 1927 framable print on heavy paper. The colors are rich. There is edge and corner wear along the white border of the image, including a tear on the left edge that encroaches into the image. (See images for more information on condition.) On the back of the poster, any creases or tears have been reinforced with archivist’s paper tape to prevent it from further damage.
