ELECTRIC FLOOR HEATING SYSTEM
This “MAT” type electric floor heating system is designed to be installed under flooring to heat the floor making the entire room comfortably warm.
This system is very easy to install allowing the average handyman or homeowner to install it. This mat has double sided tape to help secure it in place to the floor during installation.  The system is operated using electricity, so the utmost care must be taken when installing and hooking up the electrical connections. You simply lay out the heating Mat covering the area you would like to heat and hook the wires up to the thermostat. The RED heating element CANNOT be cut to adjust its length. These systems are pre-sized at the factory.
The shape of the Mat can be manipulated by cutting the mesh material (do not cut the wire) and flipping and turning the Mat. The installation method is described in detail in the instruction manual. This system is designed to be in the mortar under the flooring. The heating element is less than 1/8″ thick, so the rise in flooring height is negligible. The heating system must also be GFCI protected with a GFCI breaker, a GFCI outlet, or a GFCI thermostat. If needed, GFCI protected thermostats are available on our other Ebay listings.  This system is BRAND NEW and manufactured by Warming Systems Inc. which offers a 25 Year Warranty on its products.
It is common to connect multiple units together by wiring them in Parallel at the thermostat to heat larger areas. If this listing is larger than 80 sq. ft., it will consist of multiple Mats.
